With our fleet of five 27-foot Solings for racing and teaching, two cruisers and a safety boat, SailNY offers a full program of sail training and racing, as well as recreational sailing.

Winter Frostbiting Racing Series.

Our Summer 2014 Season has ended. Now is the time to register for our frostbite racing series, which begins on November 16, 2015.We'll race approximately alternate Sundays, depending upon the weather. We guarantee at least 10 race days, which can be sailed through April 2015 if need be. The cost is $350 for the series. Send a note to is are interested in winter racing.

Caribbean Cruise

We are organizing a cruise of St. Vincent's and the Grenadines, arguably the best sailing grounds in the Caribbean, from 20-31 January 2015. The cost would be about $95/day/person double-occupancy, without provisions. The yacht will be a four-cabin sloop of about 44-feet. Airfares are available for less than $450 at this time--a great bargain for high season in the Caribbean. Send a note to if you wish more information.

Basic Keelboat Instruction comprises 16 hours of instruction, usually taught on two consecutive Sundays from 9:45 a.m. until 6 p.m. Instruction will resume in mid-April 2015.
